2 stars is based solely on customer service. The sign says you can try on 3 wigs for free and after 3 you have to pay $1 to try on an additional 3. So I try on 2 wigs and just not satisfied at all and gave up on trying anymore. The lady runs after me to say that next time I have to pay $1 since I didn't purchase a wig. I informed her of what the sign says and she tells me that I didn't know about this hidden policy but now I know for the next time. I absolutely hate when businesses lay out new rules that are unpublished. I urged her to change the sign to simply say: no matter how many wigs you try on, you must pay $1 for 3 wig try ons, regardless if you buy or not. This store is filled with wonderful products, but customer service still goes a long way and that alone will keep from going back because I don't shop at stores that create new policies upon arrival for each individual customer. All of these products can be purchased online and I have no problem shopping this way especially since I can purchase them for half the price of what they have it for in the store. My preference would be to shop in person but not at a cost of higher prices and poor customer service.
